Apartments and hostels are often a much cheaper alternative to hotels, which makes them popular with large groups and travellers on a budget. In recent years hostels and apartments have come on leaps and bounds, and hard work has been done to ensure they offer everything a guest could need. In fact, a number of hostels now provide most of the same facilities as hotels such as WiFi, kitchenettes, swimming pools and lounge areas.

■ They Come in All Shapes and Sizes

With apartments and hostels becoming more popular, they’re now available in all different shapes and sizes. For example, there are luxury apartments with fantastic amenities and budget alternatives for those who are travelling on a budget. Similarly, hostels of all sizes and styles can be found including small, boutique options and those that are larger and more modem.

 

When you look at the benefits that apartments and hostels have, it’s easy to see why so many travellers are now choosing them over hotels.
